1. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Full payment is required to book a trailer.
Payment must be made by EFT and must be reflected in our account before the move takes place or CASH payment must be received on the day before collection.
Funds must reflect in our account before the move as we do not accept bank generated notifications as proof of payment.
If you wish to cancel/postpone your booking you must notify us in writing more than 7 days (including weekends and public holidays) before the due date.
Any request for refund should be made at least 7 days (including weekends and public holidays) before the move.
The Hirer will be required to cover all bank charges for deposits made into our account, including bank charges for payments from a bank account outside of South Africa.
All rates shown or quoted are for local use only. Strictly no cross-border use. Our understanding for local use is within the boundaries of the City of Cape Town.
Long distance rentals need to be negotiated and the local rates do not apply.
In general, full, and final amounts of trailer hire and security deposits need to be paid up front in full before the hire takes place.
Hirer is fully responsible for any traffic fines, or any other offence committed using the trailer, like illegal dumping or illegal transport of any kinds of goods.
Hirer is fully responsible for any damages to the trailer or any kinds of collisions from or into the trailer.
Any damages to the tyres are the sole responsibility of the Hirer.
Cancellations will incur a Cancellation Processing Fee of R 150.
NO 24 HR BILLING. Usage fee (Hire fees) between our daily business hours apply,
Trailer must be returned in a clean and acceptable condition, If returned dirty a Cleaning Fee of R100 applies.
Late Returns / Afterhours Returns will be levied at R 50 late fees.
Late Returns after 9 AM the following day will be levied the full Hire fees for the Business days until such time as the Trailer is returned (pre-arrangements will be considered).
Our trailers do not carry insurance. We have a strict policy when hiring or collecting a trailer from us. Customers are notified that once leaving the premises with the trailer, the trailer becomes the customer's responsibility should anything happen to the trailer, Hirer must take full responsibility over either minor or major accident or in the event of loss of the trailer through theft or any other cause.
3. WHOLE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions together with our quotation are intended to form the whole agreement between us and to prevail over any verbal discussions. Should we mutually agree to any variation of these terms such variation should be confirmed in writing. Any variation however agreed shall never invalidate the remainder of these Terms and Conditions.
This contract/agreement, along with any quotation given, is subject to the laws of The Republic of South Africa.
